Best for people who don't want any traces of residue and will be using them on glass. | Best for more permanent uses like covering lights on electronics or for people who rarely use their cameras. |
Thicker material that blocks more light than the Sticky. | Thinner material blocks less light than Clingy, but can be stacked to increase thickness which will block nearly all light. |
No gunky residue. | You'll have some residue, but not much. |
Clings best to glass. | Sticks to virtually any surface. |
The length of time they will cling varies by person, conditions, and device. | They will stick until removed. |
The device needs to be free from dirt, dust, and greasy substances to cling properly. Common sense should apply here - greasy hands and/or a dirty phone means these will not cling as expected. | They will stick fairly well even in slightly dirty or greasy conditions. |

Clingy or Sticky
The Clingy version of our products are made of a special material with micro-suction technology that does not use any adhesive. These are best suited for applications where they are used on glass. The thicker material blocks more light than its Sticky counterpart. Note: The Clingy version will not work on the rear facing camera of an iPad.
The Sticky version of our products currently come in black or white and have a very light tack adhesive which rarely leaves any residue when removed. While these can be removed/reapplied many times, they will lose their shape after the first or second use. We recommend choosing Sticky for more permanent applications such as covering lights on household electronics or for folks who rarely use their cameras.
Some customers cover their front-facing camera with a Sticky and the rear-facing camera with a Clingy. Some do it the other way and others put the same on front/rear cameras. It's your choice.
